So here we are, all the way from Canada’s formidable mountain peaks to Sheffield’s somewhat more humble seven hills.

 

Far from just ‘Le Classique’ we’ve got all kinds of decadent and dirty toppings to load your poutine; bacon bits, blue cheese sauce, pulled chicken, crispy onions, guacamole, hot sauce - just to name a few. And it doesn't stop there; we’re keeping it seasonal and friggidy-fresh so keep your peepers peeled for all of our new culinary creations and additons to our menu.

ALL ABOARD

Since it came kicking and screaming into the world (more specifically Quebec way back in the 1950s) this sultry little number has rightly become a cult classic throughout Canada and vast swathes of the US. Contrary to our own well-being, we’ve sampled all kinds of incarnations of Canada’s national dish (which justifiably translates as ‘hot mess’) and now we’ve got our own little baby to unleash on your tastebuds. 

 

For the uninitiated, Poutine is a French-Canadian dish consisting of rustic french fries, the ‘squeakiest’ cheese curds and an absolutely killer beef gravy (or mushroom/vegan gravy if meat ain't your thing). For those in-the-know, you get why it’s become our obsession since it first passed our lips back in 2014 when we gallivanted the land we call Canadia.
